Steak For Dinner Recipe (Family Serving)

٭This recipe requires preparation about 24 hours prior to cooking. 

Serves 4-6 


One 3lb bag of Organic Red Potatoes

4 tbsp of Organic grass-fed butter

5 Pieces of Grass fed Sirloin steak

1-1/2 cups of Organic Balsamic Vinegar

5 Organic Tomatoes

2 Garlic cloves 

Fresh parsley

2 tbsp Flax seeds (optional)

Spices: Garlic powder, Black Pepper, Paprika, Dill Weed, Thyme

Unrefined Coconut oil

4 Organic Eggs


Place tomatoes, garlic cloves, flax seeds, and  balsamic vinegar in a blender. Blend on high for 1 minute. 

Cut the sirloin steaks into strips and place in a large bowl. Pour above mixture over the steak evenly. Add 2 tsp of each: garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, dill weed,  and thyme. Add handful of fresh parsley and mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for about 24 hours. 



-Preheat Oven to 375°F.

-Cover a baking pan with aluminum foil and coat the aluminum foil with 1 tbsp of butter. 

-Lay your steak on the pan and pour some of the marinaded sauce over the steak. 

-Place in the oven and bake for approximately 25 minutes. For well-done steak, bake for 35 minutes.

(Heat the remaining sauce in a small sauce pan and place on the stove. Use low-medium heat until it starts to boil. Then set it aside for extra sauce.) 

French Fries:

-Rinse red potatoes thoroughly and cut into thin slices. 

-Once potatoes are cut, place 1-1/2 tbsp's of butter in large sauté pan. After butter melts, cook half of your potatoes on medium-high heat stirring frequently. Add 1 tsp of garlic pepper and black pepper when the fries are half way cooked. Should take about 10-15 minutes to cook. Repeat this process for the second half of potatoes. 



-On a small sauté pan, place 1 tsp of coconut oil. Crack 2 eggs into the pan and cook on low heat.

-Add a pinch of black pepper and garlic pepper to each egg. 

-When eggs are ready to flip (should be cooked on the bottom), flip carefully to other side for about 10 seconds. 

-Repeat this for the other 2 eggs.
